Striction :

This technique of electical cutting is made to obtain bullet like shape. It can be applied only to material with low conductivity like brass for example. Our limits are :
- Ø minimum 0.40mm to Ø maximum 2mm
- Square min. 0.40mm to square max. 1.20mm
- Length 6mm to 250mm
- Different shapes straight, U shape, L shape or other with adapted tools 
- Materials : brass, bronze, steel and stainless steel...

Cutting and double cutting :
- Ø min. 0.10mm to Ø max. 8mm
- Rectangular, square, triangle or any other shape,
- Length equal to the wire Ø  and length max 1 meter
- Straight cutting or U and L shapes, , épingle et possibilités de crantage
- As cut quality or rounded by tumbling, or both cut and rounded to specification.

Cold heading / Melfs :
