Thermo-cutting :

This technique of thermo-cutting has been developed in order to obtain bullet like extremities of cut parts made with low condictivity materials. Our limits are :
- Ø mini 0.40mm to Ø max 2mm
- Squarre mini 0.40mm to squarre max 1.20mm
- Lenght from 6mm to 250mm
- Straight, L our U or spindle shapes with possible grooves
- Raw materials possible : brass, bronze, steel or stainless steel, any other material on demand
Cutting and re-cutting :

- Ø min 0.10mm to Ø max 8mm
- Round, rectangular, squarre, triangular shapes,
- Lenght min equal to Ø of wire and lenght max >1 meter
- Straight, L our U or spindle shapes with possible grooves
- As cut or with radius obtained with tumbling (see below) or combination of both via re-cutting
- All metallic materials.
Heading and Melfs :

Ø min 0.25mm to Ø max 3mm
Lenght from 3 to 50 mm
All possible 'head types' , with rings, jack shape or other shapes on demand.
- possible grooves on the shank
All metals accepting elastic deformation
Pièces produites sans production de copeaux.
Presses/Finzers/stamping :

Production of metallic parts via deformation, cutting, stamping wires, strips and band.
Multi spindle both automatic and semi-automatic– for batches from 10 to 10 million parts or more.
All metals.
Formes diverses telles que contacts pour la connectique, type ressort, basculeur. Toutes formes à la demande.
Welding :

Produced by welding same or different materials,
Ø from 0.30mm to 2mm.
Possible tumbling (see below)
Quantities from 1000 to 100 000 or more
Micro forming :

- Production by deformation in close dies,
Ø min 1.50 mm to 5 mm depending on material type.
All shapes on enquiry
Tumbling :

We are proud of our well mastered tumbling know-how. A combination of several parameters allow :
- the removal of burrs on finished parts, various radius and simple polishing.
Radius more or less developped are convenient as chamfer as well as connecting purposes.
We also offer our tumbling know-how to your parts, whatever their geometry, metallic or not. Please enquire. |
